ADL - Backward chaining technique

Backwards chaining is a useful method to use to support children with lots of daily activities, but especially when learning to dress and undress. Backwards chaining is a method where you complete the majority of the task for your child, and they complete the final stage of the sequence. Practice continues with the adult doing fewer and fewer steps, and the child completing additional steps.
